It’s been an incredible 2023 with plenty of wonderful, new opportunities, so I figured I would round up some recent bits of press and showcase them on the blog. Very excited to see my client’s receive recognition for their beautiful design work, and genuinely excited to see my work out in the wild. Starting this business was the ultimate trust fall, and all this newfound recognition only helps me to feel more confident that starting this Interior Design and Architecture Photography business I hold so dear was the right move to make.
I’m thoroughly humbled and grateful to be featured. It’s surreal to see your name in bigger publications, I couldn’t be happier for my clients. My dream is for them to receive recognition for their incredible work and watching their stars rise.
Nikki Chu’s Home Renovation Diary TV Special airing on Aspire TV
Earlier this year I photographed Nikki Chu’s stunning Texas home renovation. On Saturday, September 16, 2023, Aspire TV is airing her Renovation Diary special, a personal, behind the scenes documenting her design vision and how it all came together. Some of my interior design photography work I created for Nikki Chu Home earlier this year was featured in Essence when Nikki was interviewed about her design philosophy, and approaching the finish line on her recent new home renovation.

Yours truly was recently featured on Voyage Dallas, where the interview discussed my former career as a sommelier and hospitality professional, what spurred me to start this new photography business venture, and why I think it’s vital to always play the long game. Right around the time the Voyage Dallas publication was released, a couple of weeks later Stacy Markow Photography was featured in Shoutout DFW, where I was asked how do I know when I should keep going or give up. I also mentioned some of my favorite spots to grab a burger and spend time outdoors in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
